Pay Rate: $49,920 per year + Monthly Bonus Incentive + Full Benefits

Schedule: 9:00am – 5:00pm
 
 
The Marketing Administrative Assistant will support the team with clerical duties and handle entry-level marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative, and has an eye for social media business marketing. This role offers opportunities for growth and provides a great introduction to the real estate industry!

Responsibilities: 

  • Listing Coordination and marketing

  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns

  • Create marketing material for recruiting campaigns

  • Creation and publication of all printed marketing materials including business cards, letterhead, presentation folders, signage, billboard advertising, etc.

  • Coordinate billboard advertising (negotiate contracts for posters and junior posters, design and approve artwork by deadlines, map out locations on approved panels)

  • Website management through KV Core

  • Create a monthly newsletter or postcard for brokers to tap into

  • Design e-newsletter campaigns

  • Spearhead and coordinate client and company events

  • Oversee inventory of client gifts for broker purchase (i.e. gift cards, movie tickets, clothing, etc.)

  • Order branded clothing and other promotional items

  • Maintain vendor relations for promotional items, printing needs, advertising opportunities, etc.

  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn) and create regular content

  • Social Media Advertising – plan, design, and implement social campaigns (Facebook, Google, Adroll, etc)

  • Maintain relationships with title, escrow and others in the industry

  • Investigate and implement marketing opportunities (i.e. community events, local fundraisers, etc.)

  • Provide marketing plan orientation for brokers new to the firm

  • Work with brokers to develop individual marketing content as needed

  • Monitor brokers online marketing presence and ensure they are following advertising guidelines
