Administrative Coordinator for the Customer Service department needed for a well-established financial institution in Everett.

Job ID: 23842
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: 100% on-site in South Everett, WA
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

This role will support the customer base by processing incoming mail, printing debit cards, processing online account applications and payments, and assisting with customer support via email and other channels.

What to expect:

  • Assist and support the leadership team on the Processing team in handling customer's requests and payment needs.

  • Create and implement innovative methods in banking administration.

  • Complete administrative tasks related to ongoing operations

  • Support light technical troubleshooting and equipment requests

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting required

  • Accurate typing – 40 WPM; Microsoft Office experience (especially Outlook) required

  • Previous banking experience a plus

  • Reliable transportation (this is an onsite position)
