Receptionist needed for a famous art studio in Seattle!
Job ID: 23959
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Location: On-Site Position in Ballard (Seattle, WA)
Contract: Contract to Hire + Benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
If art is your calling, this is a wonderful opportunities to get your foot in the door of a well-known studio and pull inspiration from. The Receptionist will directly support the studio by fielding guest inquiries, handling sensitive information and keeping the art gallery presentable.
Over the course of five decades, our client has explored new and old techniques, pushing the boundaries of contemporary art. The artist draws inspiration from the world around them, creating statements using color and form to capture the imagination, and catapult beyond conventional ideas of function and beauty.
What we're looking for in a candidate.
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system preferred
- One year administration and/or receptionist experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus!
