Pay Rate: $36 per hour
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Work Arrangement: On-Site Position
Employment Type: Contract (Estimated 3 Months)

The Executive Assistant is responsible for the organization of administrative tasks, coordination of company events and meetings, and being a resource of information for the company. This role will be the lead to support the Senior Management Team functions.
Responsibilities:
- Senior Management Team (SMT) Administration: Manage meeting plans, create and distribute agendas, track action items, and take meeting minutes.
- Annual Strategy Planning: Oversee planning activities and submit Strategy Plan materials.
- Policy and Procedure Maintenance: Administer updates and changes.
- Application Access: Manage administrative rights for company-based applications.
- Internal Support: Serve as point-of-contact for general Q&A, mailing, supplies, equipment, and contract/lease filing.
- Document Retention: Manage document storage, shredding, scanning, and access.
- Training: Onboard new hires with Workday, Dropbox, AdobeSign, Outlook, shared drives, etc.
- Office Coordination: Handle office moves, conference space, and visitor registration.
- Liaison Roles: Act as contact for IT support, HR, volunteer events, campus activities, facilities needs, finance tasks, and legal document management.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage meetings and events, including President’s Club trips and company celebrations.
- Ticket and Supply Management: Distribute corporate tickets, order office supplies, and create name badges.
- Mail Handling: Manage FedEx and mailing tasks (excluding marketing collateral).
- Emergency Duties: Partner with HR for emergency warden responsibilities and office safety protocols.
- Awards and Gifts: Track and order awards and holiday gifts.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange meetings for the President and complex company meetings.
- Travel Booking: Assist with booking travel for the President.
- General Support: Maintain a positive attitude, assist with various administrative tasks, and support Client Development and Client Engagement Administrators as needed.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Office Manager experience, Administrative Assistant experience, or Executive Assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Stable employment history with verifiable references
- Strong organizational and event planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship building skills required
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills required
