Property Caretaker needed in the Palm Desert, CA area!
Got a knack for keeping things tidy? Well you're in luck! We are urgently hiring for a residential custodian to work onsite in the Palm Desert area for our client.

Pay Rate: $30-33 per hour plus generous benefits package
Location: Palm Desert, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Full time, must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
**The work environment is COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING. There are no smoking areas on-site and no opportunity to leave the property for regular smoking breaks. You must be able to complete your shift without smoking breaks.
As the Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring that the exteriors of several private residences are kept neat and presentable by performing duties such as outdoor dusting, removing cobwebs, cleaning seasonal outdoor furniture, sweeping, window washing, and more. Using your attention to detail and meticulous nature, you will help maintain tidiness outside the building as well as occasionally support in other areas as needed to make anyone feel like they're at home!
What will you be doing?
- Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, dusting, mopping, polishing
- Clean and sanitize outdoor areas and ensure tidiness
- Maintain cleanliness and presentability of common/shared spaces
- Clean and assist with vehicle readiness and maintenance
- Support in care for interiors of residences and/or laundry as needed
- Manage and organize various household inventories
- Occasional event support – setup/tear down
- Other duties as assigned
What will you bring?
- Must have prior experience in residential or hospitality custodian/housekeeping work
- Must be able to get to and from assignment with reliable transportation
- Familiarity with a smartphone
- Critical thinking skills to assist in setting priorities daily/weekly
- Professional communication skills required
