Customer Service Coordinator needed to support the call center of a well-established financial institution in Everett, WA. *Fully On-Site Position*

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: 100% on-site in South Everett, WA
Employment Type: Contract to Hire

The Customer Service Coordinator will provide support to the customer base by processing online account applications and payments, printing debit cards, processing incoming mail, and pulling documents for the department as needed. The Call Center Coordinator will also handle a high-volume of calls to assist the team with call overflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the processing team in handling customer requests and payment needs
  • Answer a high-volume of calls to handle the overflow from the customer service department
  • Support team members by compiling documents and returning customer calls 
  • Support light technical troubleshooting and equipment requests

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a general administrative role required
  • Experience working in a contact center preferred  
  • Accurate typing – 40 WPM required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (*Outlook*) required
  • Reliable transportation required (this is a fully on-site position)
  • Previous banking experience a plus
