Medical Administrator Needed for a Concierge Medical Practice in Roswell, GA.

Pay Rate: $20/HR – $25/HR 
Location: On-Site Position in Roswell, GA 
Employment Type: Direct Hire 
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday – 7:45AM – 5PM, Wed 8am, Admin Half-Day 

 

A membership/concierge medical practice is seeking a thoughtful, highly motivated Medical Administrator to confidently lead the front office and elevate patient experiences.

What Your Day Looks Like: 

Patient Interaction: 

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes. 

  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our practice. 

  • Collect payments using Square and ensure accurate records in Athena EMR. 

  • Assist with membership inquiries and guide prospective patients through enrollment. 

Administrative Duties: 

  • Multitask effectively, balancing phones, faxing, mail, and front desk maintenance. 

  • Ensure the front area and bathroom are clean, stocked, and welcoming. 

  • Monitor provider schedules and proactively communicate timing or flow concerns to the team. 

  • Coordinate supply needs and relay them to the appropriate staff. 

Membership Sales: 

  • Confidently sell memberships to prospective patients over the phone. 

  • Explain membership tiers and benefits clearly and effectively. 

Teamwork and Community Building: 

  • Build strong relationships with patients and staff, demonstrating genuine care and empathy. 

  • Thoughtfully support patients during difficult times (e.g., sending cards or messages). 

  • Help maintain our positive and supportive team culture by being cross-trained and adaptable. 

Additional duties as assigned. 

 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Thrive in a community-focused setting and genuinely care about people, being personable and empathetic. 

  • Prior experience in a medical practice is a plus, as familiarity with medical terminology and processes is valuable. 

  • Excel in time management, assertively handle scheduling conflicts, and find creative solutions. 

  • Take ownership of your responsibilities and actively contribute to the team’s success. 

  • Handle a variety of tasks efficiently, balancing patient interaction with administrative duties. 

 

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Required Scrubs provided (2 sets and a jacket); additional sets are employee-paid. 

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (practice contributes an allowance). 

  • 10 days of PTO and 9 paid holidays. 

  • IRA with up to 3% match.
