Patient Services Representative needed for a leading national dermatology practice.

Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Location: Braselton, GA
Work Arrangement: On-Site Position
Employment Type: Contract (Approx. 3 months)
Schedule: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and personable Patient Services Representative a leading national dermatology practice. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless patient experience, including handling patient registration, appointment scheduling, and clinical call management. Your ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service will contribute directly to the practice's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Triage and route clinical calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and lobby.
  • Escalate patient inquiries or issues as needed for timely resolution.
  • Ensure all patient records, including referral information, are up-to-date.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support healthcare team operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience (healthcare, call center, or retail preferred).
  • Experience in collecting patient payments.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
