Branch Representative Bilingual in Spanish needed for a federally chartered credit union with location in Beacon Hill

Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour
Location: Beacon Hill, Seattle
Work Arrangement: On-Site Position
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet members and create an inclusive environment
  • Provide top-notch service and assisting members with their banking needs (opening accounts, processing transactions, e.g.)
  • Enhance member experience with your financial expertise in sales, services, and consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of branch transactions
  • Provide friendly and professional service over the phone
  • Exceed branch goals and convert qualified referrals to new business

 
Requirements: 

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • 6+ months of retail, customer service, or cashier experience 
  • High school education required
  • Accurate 10-key typing skills
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Maintain a positive attitude & enjoy building relationships
