Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to Support Nation's Leading Thrift Store Organization
Job ID: 24230
Pay Rate: $28.00 to 32.00 per hour
Location: Fully remote, can sit anywhere in the US.
Employment Type: Contract until May 2025
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:30pm
What your day looks like:
- Assist with data entry based on contract requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely input.
- Utilize multiple technology platforms to manage and maintain supply chain data.
- Gather data related to scheduling procedures and production output, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within supply chain operations.
- Communicate with team members to provide feedback, suggesting methods for enhanced efficiency.
- Support production-optimizing initiatives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience is a bonus.
- Strong administrative background with experience in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage tasks in a 100% virtual environment with a high degree of independence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
