Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to Support Nation's Leading Thrift Store Organization

Pay Rate: $28.00 to 32.00 per hour
Location: Fully remote, can sit anywhere in the US.
Employment Type: Contract until May 2025
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:30pm
 

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to support the leading nation's thrift store organization with key administrative tasks in a virtual capacity. This role primarily involves managing data entry and administrative duties based on contract information. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential, while experience in project management is a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms to accurately input and manage data, supporting smooth and efficient operations within our supply chain team.

What your day looks like:    

  • Assist with data entry based on contract requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely input.
  • Utilize multiple technology platforms to manage and maintain supply chain data.
  • Gather data related to scheduling procedures and production output, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within supply chain operations.
  • Communicate with team members to provide feedback, suggesting methods for enhanced efficiency.
  • Support production-optimizing initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Project management experience is a bonus.
  • Strong administrative background with experience in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to manage tasks in a 100% virtual environment with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
