Pay Rate: $50,000 – $80,000 + Sign On Bonus

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Flexible 40 Hour Work Week with occasional Saturday coverage, No Sundays, may require extended evening hours for late, midnight games
Our client is seeking passionate and skilled Athletic Trainers (AT) to join a multidisciplinary team. This role involves delivering healthcare services to athletes and active individuals in accordance with Georgia and/or South Carolina state practice acts. Open to recent Master’s graduates passionate about athletic training. Positions are available in various settings:
- Collegiate, high school, and middle school outreach.
- Community and special event coverage.
- Clinical physician support.
Work Locations Include:
- 6 Schools in Richmond County, GA.
- 2 Private Schools in Augusta, GA.
- 4 Schools in Aiken, SC.
What Does Your Day Look Like:
- Adhere to physician/departmental scheduling protocols to correctly and accurately schedule patients for appointments that best fit the patient's schedule
- Listen to patient needs / concerns and provide accurate information
- Follow company policies and compliance standards including confidentiality
- Provide information sharing, ensuring patients and families receive timely, complete and accurate information in order to effectively participate in care and decision-making
- Review patient accounts and update records with insurance and demographic information
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Board of Certification (ATC) and appropriate state licensure as an Athletic Trainer (GA and/or SC).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
- Strong interpersonal skills, timeliness, organization, leadership, and flexibility.
- Certification and licensure costs: $150 for GA renewal and $100 for SC renewal.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000–$80,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
- Relocation Assistance: $2,500.
