Project Manager Needed to Support a Georgia Healthcare Company
Job ID: 24303
Pay Rate: $120K – $125K, +Bonus
Work Setting: Onsite, Lawrenceville, GA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with After-Hours Communication
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in Pain Management, Orthopedics, and Personal Injury care. With 7-8 new sites and 30+ providers, they are committed to delivering exceptional care while actively expanding their presence. If you’re driven by operational excellence, infrastructure development, and creating scalable processes, this role is for you!
What your Day Looks Like:
- Infrastructure Development: Build and refine operational frameworks to support rapid client growth and scalability.
- Re-credentialing Management: Oversee provider re-credentialing processes across multiple sites.
- Billing Systems Expertise: Transition and optimize billing workflows from non-hospital-focused models.
- Data Analytics: Utilize advanced Excel (including pivot tables) to drive insights and decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Actively monitor and coordinate Full Data Entry (FDE) processes and work with teams to ensure accuracy over speed.
- Client & Provider Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for provider concerns, ensuring seamless communication, including occasional after-hours support.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or similar environments.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of data tools, particularly Excel, and strong familiarity with billing systems in outpatient care.
- Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Systems: Experience in anesthesia and orthopedic processes is highly valued.
