Hybrid Customer Service Representative Needed for a Financial Institution in Everett, WA – HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Pay Rate: $19/HR
Location: Hybrid, onsite in Everett, WA (**Must Reside within Everett area Commute Distance**)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: **NOTE** After training, your initial shift will be 8 hours with a half hour lunch with shifts ranging any time between 7am-9pm, 7 days a week. After 90 days, you'll have the potential to change your shift to one that works best for you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of a collaborative team, assisting customers across eight states through a virtual branch-style contact center. You will support customers with online banking, balance inquiries, account openings, and more. Your ability to actively listen, problem-solve, and deliver exceptional service will help uphold the institution’s commitment to excellence.

What Your Day Looks Like:
- Handle 75 – 100 inbound calls daily with a genuine attitude of care and assistance.
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating the database consistently.
- Utilize multiple screens and computer systems efficiently to provide seamless customer support.
What You Bring:
- Customer-focused individuals who thrive in service-oriented environments.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or contact centers; banking experience is a plus.
- Tech-savvy candidates who can navigate multiple systems within a Microsoft Office environment.
- Strong communication skills, including proper phone etiquette and active listening.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality—the basics of professional responsibility!
- Eagerness to learn new software and apply information quickly.
- Ability to pass a “soft pull” credit check (does not affect your credit score) and a background check to access sensitive customer information.
- Maintain a Tobacco-free, including vaping, environment.
