What Your Day Brings:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management and employees, overseeing activities such as employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational planning.
- Collaborate with business leadership, the HR Director, and HR centers of excellence to execute HR solutions that align with strategic business initiatives and drive results.
- Partner with leaders at multiple levels, including executive leadership, to develop and implement HR strategies that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
- Design, build, and implement programs, processes, and tools to support managers and employees in achieving success.
- Assess human resource needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and leadership development, and drive appropriate solutions.
- Work with business leadership to identify opportunities for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Coach and counsel managers on positive employee relations, which may include conducting investigations and recommending actions based on findings.
- Utilize influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects core values.
- Lead communication and rollout of HR programs and projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, employment laws, and procedures.
- Ability to apply experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise a high degree of latitude in decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills to facilitate positive workplace interactions.
