HRIS Analyst Needed for a Real Estate Investment Company
Job ID: 25084
Pay Rate: $28-35/ Hour (DOE)
Location: Hybrid in Seattle or New York – 2 days in office
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM PST (some flexibility required)

As the HRIS Analyst, you will manage employee data and HR processes in UKG, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and system integrity across U.S., Canadian, and global operations. This role will support onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and payroll coordination, while partnering with HR leadership on compensation, year-end activities, and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process HR data changes, employee onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance in UKG.

Manage onboarding tasks: reference checks, background checks, triggering automated processes in UKG, entering payroll data, and coordinating with managers and IT for employee setup.

Audit and maintain employee data to ensure integrity across U.S., Canadian, and global HR systems.

Run, track, and distribute high-volume HR reports; analyze and filter data in Excel to support business decisions.

Partner closely with HR leadership to support compensation, reporting, and other year-end activities.

Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of HR operations or HR data administration experience in high-volume, complex environments.

UKG experience is required; configuration/optimization experience a plus but not required.

Strong Excel skills (filtering, sorting, data auditing, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, intermediate formulas).

Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

Proven ability to work with global processes and cross-functional teams across time zones.

Mission-driven, flexible, and able to jump in where needed.
