As the HR Generalist, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, HR systems management, and compliance. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing HR operations through platforms such as Workday or similar HRIS systems, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior HR Generalist experience and expertise supporting benefits programs, including open enrollment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administer daily HR operations and provide employee support.

Manage benefits administration, including annual open enrollment.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes.

Support employee relations and HR policy administration.

Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.

Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy.

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Participate in HR projects and process improvements.

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Previous Human Resources experience required, with experience in an HR Generalist or similar role strongly preferred.

Experience administering employee benefits and supporting annual open enrollment processes.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.

Experience maintaining employee data, processing personnel transactions, and generating HR reports within HR systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and a task-oriented approach to work.

Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
