With more than 21 years of experience in staffing, I have held various roles within both national and international workforce solution firms. I bring extensive knowledge in human resources, recruitment, retention, leadership, organizational development, project management and sales. In my role as the Director of Recruitment at Parker, I manage a team that helps connect talent to our client’s staffing needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles. As an expert in candidate generation and placement, my focus is on building a strong talent pool in which to navigate the tight labor market we are experiencing. As a native German, I grew up in Berlin where I graduated with a degree in Hotel Management and soon began my journey as a military spouse. From the east to the west coasts, I have lived and worked in many cities across the US. San Antonio Texas is our home now with its almost year-round sunshine, and there you will find me spending lots of pool time with our family. I love my Peloton, CrossFit, and outdoor walks. Most of the outdoor activities I do with my two four-legged babies our two Weimaraner’s. One of the first passions I brought with me was my love for the sport of boxing, having practiced since I was in school and now coaching at a gym in downtown Seattle since 2018. Payroll & Benefits Manager
I started working when I was 16 and have worked for several companies since then. With each new job I distinctly remember the numerous questions that I had when it came to my paycheck. Did my employer get my direct deposit information? Did I fill my timecard out correctly? What happens when I call out sick? Knowing that I’m not the only one that has these questions, I strive to be a reliable payroll administrator for you. I am happy to answer your questions and will do so as quickly as possible. If I haven’t received your timecard I’ll send you a reminder and will do everything in my power to make sure you are paid every Friday. You’ve worked hard for your paycheck and I want to make sure you receive it when you’re supposed to.
I am a complete foodie and love trying new restaurants. Whenever I travel the first thing I do is research where I want to eat! I absolutely love burgers and am still in search of the perfect one. The Great British Baking Show has given me the inspiration and courage to try baking. My most recent adventure of baking the perfect lemon meringue pie ended with a pie that tasted better than it looked. I guess I’ll just have to keep practicing…and eating pie!

After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2014, I moved around the country for the next 2 years, living in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado before deciding to go back to school for accounting. Going back to school was one of the best decisions I have ever made because I found my professional passion. My personal passions are watching and playing almost any sport possible, cooking, and spending time with my husband and pets (two cats and one dog).

Over the past 4 years at Parker, while I have grown my staffing experience across industries, I often utilize my career foundation in call center management. The depth of my expertise in high-volume staffing solutions allows me to provide a holistic solution to our clients here at Parker.
During my 20+ years leading contact centers, I was directly responsible for the success and growth of 6 call centers in 4 states. I have years of experience driving customer service excellence and revenue growth with multiple third-party US based, near shore, and offshore call centers. I have built call centers from the ground up, restructured and merged centers, helped create succession plans and taught leaders how to cultivate these strategies for continued improvement. I simultaneously managed multiple centers and oversaw 300-1500 representatives at each location.
My recruiting experience began long before Parker; when tasked with an aggressive ramp up, I was able to increase headcount by 130 employees in a 2-month period in a labor-shortage market. Faced with the #1 problem for call centers – retention – I successfully corrected retention at a 150-seat call center that had a 33% annual turnover. By retooling the recruiting, interview, and retention process, I was able to reduce turnover to 9%.
This is my second time living in the PNW, which is one of my favorite places in the world! I love the culture and diversity Washington has to offer. I enjoy international travel, exploring local communities (translated, I am a foodie and love to explore the local culinary delights) and spending as much time as I can visiting family and friends.

I have over 20 years of operational experience in establishing and growing tech companies, while always keeping an eye towards scalability, as well as in depth knowledge and creativity regarding operations, finance, accounting, and HR solutions, with extensive experience working with start-ups, as well as large firms like Microsoft.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President at Parker, I am involved in many aspects of our business. I am responsible for both the sales strategy for the organization, as well as manage the recruiting team in core line of business. I am also grateful to be able to do what I love, working side by side with many of our clients. My responsibilities include managing the design and implementation of client’s staffing needs. As the relationship manager between clientele and the Parker recruiting team, I manage all aspects of business development activity. I am passionate about my role because being an advocate for my clients is my number one priority.
My family is my whole world, and I am so lucky to be a Mom to two amazing kids; Reagan, Chase and our dog Fritzy. On the weekends you will find my husband and I running to kids’ soccer or basketball games , dance competitions or watching our Huskies- GO DAWGS!!! We love to travel and try new adventures as a family.
I am passionate about community and connecting with people. I am involved with several Pacific Northwest boards and currently serve on the Washington Athletic Club board of Governors as the club’s treasurer. It was my great fortune to join the Parker family in 2010 where I’ve been able to take my drive and natural abilities and turn it into a career that I love.
