Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to provide full-time coverage across three marketing teams during multiple leave periods. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll support Lifecycle Marketing, Frontline Marketing, and Web Marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who can quickly ramp up, work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and use data to drive execution. You'll partner closely with marketing leaders to execute campaigns, maintain reporting, create marketing content, and keep critical projects moving forward.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull weekly and monthly performance metrics from business intelligence dashboards and populate reporting templates.
- Analyze marketing performance across multiple channels and prepare summaries with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Build recurring performance presentations and leadership reporting decks.
- Own ongoing reporting, forecasting, trend analysis, and monthly pacing updates.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, identify anomalies, escalate concerns, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Maintain reporting dashboards, tracking documents, and living project documentation.
- Draft strategic marketing briefs supporting campaign development.
- Write and edit short-form marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns.
- Route marketing content through internal approval workflows.
- Maintain campaign documentation and update materials as communications evolve.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, operations, content, and other internal partners.
- Represent project status during team meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with hands-on work in at least two of the following:
- Lifecycle/CRM marketing (Email & SMS)
- Frontline or sales enablement marketing
- Digital/Web marketing
- Experience pulling, analyzing, and presenting data from Business Intelligence tools (Tableau strongly preferred).
- Experience writing concise marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns.
- Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Marketo, or similar.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Ability to understand how marketing campaigns are built, executed, and deployed.
- Comfortable participating in cross-functional meetings and providing project status updates.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience with generative AI copywriting tools such as Writer.
- Experience with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Experience with Jira or comparable project management software.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and email deployment tools.
- Experience working with onsite marketing tools or a headless CMS.
- Experience in highly metrics-driven organizations such as large technology companies or other enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate:
- Learns new environments quickly with minimal onboarding.
- Enjoys balancing analytics, reporting, content creation, and project coordination.
- Uses data to identify issues and opportunities rather than making assumptions.
- Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicates proactively and consistently.
- Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments with a high level of accountability.
- Paid Sick/Safe Time (based on where allowable by law)
- Medical benefits with multiple plan tiers and Telemedicine access
- 401(k) with matching contributions
- Holiday pay
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
