As the Associate Line Servicer, you will support packaging operations by supplying production lines with materials, maintaining component levels, documenting production activity, and helping ensure finished products meet quality standards. You will work closely with the packaging team to keep lines running efficiently while following safety and sanitation requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Supply packaging lines with required components, bulk tablets/capsules, and oral suspension products. 

  • Issue and return packaging components in SAP as needed for production. 

  • Maintain adequate fill levels for bottles, caps, tablets, capsules, and other packaging materials. 

  • Change tote bins and inserts to support continuous line operation. 

  • Stack finished product cases on skids and move completed skids to designated warehouse areas. 

  • Complete batch records and document daily production activity accurately. 

  • Reconcile, weigh, document, and transport rejected or unused materials to designated areas. 

  • Perform visual inspections of materials, products, and containers throughout the packaging process. 

  • Remove and discard damaged or defective materials and products in accordance with procedures. 

  • Perform line cleanup and sanitation activities following batch completion. 

  • Work collaboratively with the packaging team to support production schedules and daily output goals. 

  • Other duties as assigned  

  

Qualifications  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, and production specifications. 

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. 

  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required. 

  • Ability to successfully complete required visual acuity testing. 

  • Experience operating powered industrial trucks or similar material-handling equipment. 

  • Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures and general workplace safety practices. 

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, and perform other physical activities throughout the workday. 

  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 pounds. 

  • Sufficient vision and sensory ability to safely inspect materials and perform production-related tasks. 

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection, hearing protection, safety shoes, and safety glasses.
