Location: Hybrid, onsite in Orlando, Florida (**Must Reside within Orlando area Commute Distance**)

Parker Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Payroll Data Entry Assistant to support our client’s team during an upcoming maternity leave. This hybrid position is based in Orlando, Florida, with initial in-office training preferred. If we are unable to find someone local, remote onboarding and training may be considered for the right candidate. This contract is set to begin in early June and run through September.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Checking in employee timesheets

  • Keying timesheet data into Travelware

  • Performing timesheet audits for:

  • Overtime compliance

  • California overtime rules

  • California meal period regulations

  • Additional payroll accuracy checkpoints

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in payroll time processing and a solid understanding of payroll rules

  • Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Prior experience with Travelware (a plus, but not required)

  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
