Project Manager Needed for a Commercial Contractor in Redmond, WA 
 
Job ID: 24901 
Pay Rate: $30/HR – $40/HR 
Location: Onsite in Redmond, WA 
Employment Type: Direct Hire 
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm
 

A commercial contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects and ensure timely delivery. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, facilitating client and stakeholder communication, and also ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and the ability to coordinate resources and manage scheduling while adhering to high-quality standards. 
  
What Your Day Looks Like: 

  • Manage client projects from start to finish 

  • Perform take-offs and deliver submittals in a timely manner 

  • Effectively manage crew and recommend resources for projects 

  • Identify and perform project change orders 

  • Attend project meetings and scope reviews 

  • Maintain project plans and job costing 

  • Other Duties as Assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge in commercial painting, blueprint reading, computer proficiency, estimating and sales 

  • 2+ Years of Experience managing projects in construction/painting environments  

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SharePoint experience is a plus, but training is available. 

  • Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization, time management, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous with high accuracy in document handling and analysis. 

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, self-motivation, and critical thinking. Collaborative. 

  • Experience: Open to junior candidates; reliability and a willingness to learn are key.
