Community Manager Needed for a Nationwide Internet Provider
Job ID: 25046
Pay Rate: $21.63 – $24.03 Hourly
Location: Onsite in Bulverde, TX
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

The Community Manager is responsible for building and engaging customer and partner communities across online platforms. This role drives brand loyalty, fosters engagement, and serves as the brand’s voice in forums, social media groups, and customer portals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with expertise in online community management, social media trends, and customer engagement strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategy to drive community engagement.

Monitor and moderate discussions across online communities, including social media groups, forums, and customer portals.

Foster positive and meaningful interactions among community members.

Respond promptly and empathetically to customer questions and feedback.

Collaborate with the Social Media team to align community efforts with content and campaign calendars.

Plan and manage community events, AMAs, contests, and other engagement initiatives.

Identify and nurture brand advocates and influencers within the community.

Gather insights from the community to inform marketing, product, and customer service strategies.

Track and report engagement metrics to marketing leadership.

Stay up to date on best practices and trends in community management.

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or social media engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency with community management tools and social media platforms.
