Salary/Pay Rate: $21-23 DOE / Hourly
Location: Onsite – Spokane, WA
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Office Services Coordinator

As an Office Services Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting all facilities-related activities while providing premier client service to both internal and external clients. You will serve as a key resource for office operations, helping ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain quality and readiness of the overall facilities, including conference room setups and breakdowns
- Act as a general office services resource for questions, issues, and inquiries; serve as primary point of contact for workplace services in a specific location
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and courier services
- Coordinate workspace and conference room reservations using hoteling software
- Assist with duplicating projects including copying, scanning, collating, and distribution of deliverables
- Assign and maintain security access and badges; update security database as needed
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and catering logistics
- Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for office equipment (copiers, printers, A/V, appliances, etc.)
- Act as liaison with landlords and vendors; track vendor contracts for the location
- Support health, safety, and security procedures including required documentation
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 1 year of related office support experience (professional services environment preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to respond clearly and professionally
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while building trusted relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
- May require occasional overtime and up to 5% travel
