Office Assistant needed for Manufacturing Company in Seattle, WA
Job ID: 25111
Pay Rate: $21.50 – $24.00 Per HR
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy manufacturing company with a team of 45.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in an environment where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work closely with the company’s owners, team leads, and vendors, and the management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with vendors

Support owners and staff with administrative tasks

Order and track office and facility supplies
-
Filing, organizing, and keeping the office clean and tidy
-
Light office management duties (coordination, ordering, scheduling)

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Organized with attention to detail/self starter
-
Entry-level welcome – we will train the right person!

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
