Raised in West Texas, I graduated from Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em!). On Saturday’s you will find me living and breathing everything college football. Outside of that, my biggest passions are travel and being a foodie. My wife and I made it a point for an overseas trip pretty much every year until Covid. Since then, we have mainly traveled in and around our new digs in East Tennessee. When we are not traveling, we enjoy long walks in the Appalachians with our 2 Shiba Inu dogs, Kitsune and Chance.
Human Resources & Operations Administrator
As the Human Resources and Operations Administrator, it is my job to help you navigate the onboarding process and get you ready for your first day with Parker Staffing! I seek to build relationships with our associates and provide guidance to ensure success throughout their assignment and maintain an overall positive experience. My responsibilities range from onboarding, timesheets, accounting, project management support, client tasks, and more. As a utility player on the Parker team, I am always happy to help answer questions and provide support wherever needed.
I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Hawai’i. After high school, I decided to move away from my small hometown to take my new adventure to Seattle. With this, I was fortunate to learn, explore, and pursue new opportunities to grow. I graduated from Seattle Pacific University and majored in Economics: Business Analysis with a minor in Communications. Throughout my educational and professional career, I have held various leadership positions and have enjoyed building teams. I have a passion for developing interpersonal connections and am dedicated to helping others and bettering the world around us. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with friends/family, and traveling!

Throughout my 30+ year career in accounting and finance, I have worked with, consulted for, and owned businesses in a variety of industries. At Parker, I work to analyze data and create reports to support strategic business decisions. I am responsible for the company’s accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with government regulations and reporting guidelines. I am thrilled to be a part of a team that constantly strives for excellence and works in sync to make every Parker experience second to none.
When I’m not pouring over spreadsheets, I love to explore the world, spend time with my adult children, work with animal rescues, volunteer in my community, and cheer for my favorite Premier League team, Liverpool. I have visited 4 continents, 15 different countries and dozens of international cities. I have a passion for learning about different cultures and immersing myself in places that are not typical tourist destinations. The road less traveled is fascinating! My next adventure: Rapa Nui to stand with the Moai.

Having originally been from Long Island, then moving to North Carolina and later to Reutlingen, Germany for undergrad, I experienced quite a bit of motion before finding my current home and developing a love for the Pacific Northwest here in Seattle in 2017. One of the first passions I brought with me was my love for the sport of boxing, having practiced since I was in school and now coaching at a gym in downtown Seattle since 2018. When I’m not working at Parker or the gym, I love gaming (PC or Nintendo!) and riding my motorcycle around the PNW.

I started working when I was 16 and have worked for several companies since then. With each new job I distinctly remember the numerous questions that I had when it came to my paycheck. Did my employer get my direct deposit information? Did I fill my timecard out correctly? What happens when I call out sick? Knowing that I’m not the only one that has these questions, I strive to be a reliable payroll administrator for you. I am happy to answer your questions and will do so as quickly as possible. If I haven’t received your timecard I’ll send you a reminder and will do everything in my power to make sure you are paid every Friday. You’ve worked hard for your paycheck and I want to make sure you receive it when you’re supposed to.
I am a complete foodie and love trying new restaurants. Whenever I travel the first thing I do is research where I want to eat! I absolutely love burgers and am still in search of the perfect one. The Great British Baking Show has given me the inspiration and courage to try baking. My most recent adventure of baking the perfect lemon meringue pie ended with a pie that tasted better than it looked. I guess I’ll just have to keep practicing…and eating pie!

I moved to Washington from Anchorage, Alaska in August 2019 and I’m excited to live near and work in a big city! My Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) and 11+ years of working at the UAA career office sparked my passion to help candidates.
Outside of work, I enjoy attending MLS soccer games, going to music festivals, and trying new restaurants. When I want to stay inside, I like reading a good mystery novel. When the weather is nice, I like hiking with my husband and teaching our two dogs new tricks at the dog park.
Controller
As the Controller, I help prepare the month and year end financials. I also assist with forecasting and financial modeling to ensure that the executive team has all the information they need to make the best decisions possible for Parker.
I grew up in Vero Beach, FL, but now live in Cumming, GA. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2014, I moved around the country for the next 2 years, living in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Colorado before deciding to go back to school for accounting. Going back to school was one of the best decisions I have ever made because I found my professional passion. My personal passions are watching and playing almost any sport possible, cooking, and spending time with my husband and pets (two cats and one dog).
Practice Director, Non-Clinical Healthcare
I am so excited to take my 13 years of experience in the staffing industry and use it to champion the Sales efforts for our Non- Clinical Business line. As Parker’s Practice Director for Non-Clinical Healthcare, I help champion relationships in both hospital and medical practices across the East Coast . As a relationship expert by trade, I act as a champion for our clients by working with our team to help find quality talent with the highest level of customer service. I am lucky to have been a Physician recruiter for the last 13 years and part of the Jackson Family for the last 10 years recently moving from one of our sister companies. I am honored to have joined the Parker family where I can take my combined knowledge of healthcare and recruiting and use it to foster long client relationships on the account management side of the business.
As a small town GA Native, born and raised in Dublin, GA, I have played sports my entire life. I love the competitiveness that sports bring, which is why I love Sales and believe this is what has shaped me into who I am. I am blessed to be an amazing Mama to three littles who light up my life and give me the fuel to work hard every day.
Practice Director, Parker Solutions Group
With more than 21 years of experience in staffing, I have held various roles within both national and international workforce solution firms. I bring extensive knowledge in human resources, recruitment, retention, leadership, organizational development, project management and sales. In my role as the Director of Recruitment at Parker, I manage a team that helps connect talent to our client’s staffing needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles. As an expert in candidate generation and placement, my focus is on building a strong talent pool in which to navigate the tight labor market we are experiencing. I am also responsible for account leadership and driving business expansion activities to solve our clients’ staffing challenges.
As a native German, I grew up in Berlin where I graduated with a degree in Hotel Management and soon began my journey as a military spouse. From the east to the west coasts, I have lived and worked in many cities across the US. San Antonio Texas is our home now with its almost year-round sunshine, and there you will find me spending lots of pool time with our family. I love my Peloton, CrossFit, and outdoor walks. Most of the outdoor activities I do with my two four-legged babies our two Weimaraner’s. I love to travel and try new restaurants with lots of international cuisines, as well as exploring great Vineyards for a lovely glass of wine.
Vice President
Over the past 4 years at Parker, while I have grown my staffing experience across industries, I often utilize my career foundation in call center management. The depth of my expertise in high-volume staffing solutions allows me to provide a holistic solution to our clients here at Parker.
During my 20+ years leading contact centers, I was directly responsible for the success and growth of 6 call centers in 4 states. I have years of experience driving customer service excellence and revenue growth with multiple third-party US based, near shore, and offshore call centers. I have built call centers from the ground up, restructured and merged centers, helped create succession plans and taught leaders how to cultivate these strategies for continued improvement. I simultaneously managed multiple centers and oversaw 300-1500 representatives at each location.
My recruiting experience began long before Parker; when tasked with an aggressive ramp up, I was able to increase headcount by 130 employees in a 2-month period in a labor-shortage market. Faced with the #1 problem for call centers – retention – I successfully corrected retention at a 150-seat call center that had a 33% annual turnover. By retooling the recruiting, interview, and retention process, I was able to reduce turnover to 9%.
This is my second time living in the PNW, which is one of my favorite places in the world! I love the culture and diversity Washington has to offer. I enjoy international travel, exploring local communities (translated, I am a foodie and love to explore the local culinary delights) and spending as much time as I can visiting family and friends.

Outgoing and energetic, Cory’s passion for knowledge drives him to perfect his role. When he is not with his teammates at Parker, Cory enjoys spending his time with his Partner and their dog. When the mountain is out you can find Cory hiking in the PNW, sailing on the Puget Sound, and camping. He also enjoys traveling (over 34 countries and counting), reading, learning new languages, exploring new gadgets / technology, and spending his time with family & friends.
Chief Operating Officer
I’m responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, operations, IT and human resource functions for Parker Staffing. I focus on making strategic decisions while putting optimal systems, processes, controls and team members in place to position the Company for growth and sustainability. And I am always maintaining a passionate commitment to Parker’s values and corporate culture!
I have over 20 years of operational experience in establishing and growing tech companies, while always keeping an eye towards scalability, as well as in depth knowledge and creativity regarding operations, finance, accounting, and HR solutions, with extensive experience working with start-ups, as well as large firms like Microsoft.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President at Parker, I am involved in many aspects of our business. I am responsible for both the sales strategy for the organization, as well as manage the recruiting team in core line of business. I am also grateful to be able to do what I love, working side by side with many of our clients. My responsibilities include managing the design and implementation of client’s staffing needs. As the relationship manager between clientele and the Parker recruiting team, I manage all aspects of business development activity. I am passionate about my role because being an advocate for my clients is my number one priority.
My family is my whole world, and I am so lucky to be a Mom to two amazing kids; Reagan, Chase and our dog Fritzy. On the weekends you will find my husband and I running to kids’ soccer or basketball games , dance competitions or watching our Huskies- GO DAWGS!!! We love to travel and try new adventures as a family.
I am passionate about community and connecting with people. I am involved with several Pacific Northwest boards and currently serve on the Washington Athletic Club board of Governors as the club’s treasurer. It was my great fortune to join the Parker family in 2010 where I’ve been able to take my drive and natural abilities and turn it into a career that I love.

As President of Parker Staffing, my role is to ensure our clients and candidates have an exceptional experience with our organization. From strategic direction to day-to-day operations, I am here to support our clients, candidates and our fantastic Parker team.
I’m a native SoCal Girl, and my husband Gary and I relocated to Washington in January of 2019. Between Washington’s natural beauty and its wonderful people, this has been an exciting new chapter in our lives. When I’m not focused on Parker, we enjoy boating on the Puget Sound, watching college football, and spoiling our German Shepherd, Kelsey.
