Data Entry Specialist needed for a well-established financial institution

Pay Rate: $18-20.00 per hour
Location: Hybrid across Multiple Locations – Seattle, WA, Everett, WA or Boise, ID

Have a high attention to detail and take ownership of projects with a sense of importance? As Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical part in making sure that data is processed with efficiency and accuracy in a timely manner. Your role will oversee and manage the high-volume of financial data flow in order for business operations to run smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior administrative support to internal and external clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Manage ongoing projects deadlines across the team and hold the internal team accountable with project management skills.
  • Organize data in Excel using efficient formulas, pivot tables, and formats.
  • Follow policies to make sure that the processing and handling of all customer information and confidential bank information is done in a secure manner and environment.
  • Assist the department with other daily functions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Solid writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn systems and technologies quickly.
  • Strong ability to deal effectively and tactfully with internal and external clients.
  • Able to research discrepancies through phone calls or email.
  • Can function well under deadlines.
  • Excellent Windows experience with proficiency in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, formatting, etc.)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate status of work assignments in a consistent manner.
  • Ability to perform daily work according to prescribed schedules and be flexible to meet departmental needs.
  • Regular, consistent attendance
