Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Operations Coordinator Needed for a Commercial Contractor in Redmond, WA

Pay Rate: $25/HR – $30/HR
Location: Onsite in Kent, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5 AM – 2 PM
A commercial contractor is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Spanish Warehouse Operations Coordinator. with exceptional communication skills, fluency in written and verbal Spanish for a dynamic position in a collaborative, fast-paced, and friendly environment. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and safety team, particularly in facilitating administrative processes. This is a contract-to-hire role, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
What Your Day Looks Like:

Oversee daily operations of the shop

Organize and maintain inventory
-
Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely reordering
-
Prepare and stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects
-
Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment
-
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for major repairs or specialized maintenance when needed
-
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
-
Assist in scheduling for projects and daily assignments
-
Track and record field call-outs, absences, and schedule changes
-
Communicate schedule updates and changes to field staff and office as needed
-
Assist with reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping for operations
-
Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bilingual Spanish Proficiency (Required): Must be fluent in both verbal and written Spanish.

Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a leadership/management role

Fleet management experience, insurance claims, license registration, etc.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SharePoint experience is a plus, but training is available.

Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization, time management, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous with high accuracy in document handling and analysis.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, self-motivation, and critical thinking. Collaborative.

Experience: Open to junior candidates; reliability and a willingness to learn are key.
