Facilities Project Coordinator needed for a respected healthcare provider
Job ID: 24922
Location: Remote – come in once a month to Renton office
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $30.00/hr.
Employment Type: Contract (3 months) with possibility of extension
Schedule: Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The HRIS Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management and reporting. This role supports HR operations by performing data entry, analysis, system audits, troubleshooting and other duties as assigned, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with HR systems.
Requirements:
1. Associates degree with major coursework in information systems, computer science, data mining, or related field, required. An additional four years of relevant and applicable experience may replace degree requirement.
2. Minimum two years of direct experience with high volume of data processing / entry, analyzing data, and reporting, required.
3. Minimum two years’ experience in a human resources function, preferred.
4. Experience with Infor/Lawson or Kronos HRIS systems strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
1. Advanced skills in Excel to create macros, functions, formulas, pivot tables, and perform lookups.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
3. Proven time management and prioritization skills to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities
4. Proven experience establishing strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, utilizing clear and effective communication and documentation skills
5. Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions with minimal supervision
6. Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
7. Able to work effectively with all levels of staff and management team members.
8. Demonstrated organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently.
