Client Services Representative needed for a financial institution in Spokane.
Job ID: 24971
Pay Rate: $21.30 – 31.83 per hour DOE
Work Arrangement: Onsite in Spokane, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full Time, 8 AM – 5 PM
Our client was founded as a Continental Mortgage and Loan Company in 1921. Responsibilities:

Provide insurance services and promote additional products to both new and existing clients.

Manage tasks such as preparing quotes, processing renewals, handling endorsements, making policy adjustments, and managing cancellations or other client and carrier communications.

Respond to incoming calls, faxes, emails, and special client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and implement sales approaches to grow the customer base and upsell supplementary insurance options.

Keep client records current by regularly updating policy details within the agency's management system.

Stay knowledgeable about company guidelines, online rating tools, and any policy or coverage updates.

Follow all established procedures, workflows, and industry regulations.

Ask insightful questions to identify coverage needs and match customers with suitable insurance products.

Conduct both service and sales-related phone outreach to current and prospective clients.

Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school degree required
-
Minimum 2 years experience at agency or insurance company
-
Licensed in Washington state for property and casualty insurance
-
Some college or Associates of Arts preferred
-
Familiar with agency markets and preferences for appropriate market selections for accounts.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
-
General typing skills 40-50 WPM and accurate 10-key by touch required
-
Mortgage and consumer loan experience preferred
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
