Salary/Pay Rate: $46-54 per hour
Location: Remote – ONLY CANDIDATES IN PST OR MST WILL BE CONSIDERED
Employment Type: Contract (1 year; possibility of extension, limited potential for conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (hours may vary slightly based on assigned office)
Senior Conflicts Analyst
Parker Staffing is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join the Conflicts and New Business team of a large, nationally recognized law firm with more than 1,000 attorneys. This one-year contract opportunity is ideal for experienced legal professionals who thrive in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment and enjoy independent, analytical work within the ethics and compliance space.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform conflicts checks by running party names in Intapp and analyzing results for potential conflicts of interest.
· Provide quality control for new business intake requests, ensuring compliance with firm policies and professional conduct standards.
· Communicate potential conflicts to supervising attorneys and assist with resolution as needed.
· Manage multiple incoming requests simultaneously, prioritizing workload based on business demands.
· Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within firm systems.
· Collaborate with colleagues across offices via Teams, WebEx, and email communications.
· Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-ones to align on workflow and updates.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Required: Prior experience as a Conflicts Analyst in a large law firm (500+ attorneys).
· Required: Demonstrated expertise running and interpreting conflict reports within Intapp.
· Strong critical thinking and judgment skills with the ability to assess complex relationships between clients, matters, and parties.
· Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities; able to manage multiple, time-sensitive requests.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and preferably the full Microsoft Office Suite.
· Exceptional attention to detail and professional curiosity — able to identify missing information and pursue clarity independently.
· Adaptable and open to learning new processes and systems.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
