Salary/Pay Rate: $30-32.75 per hour
Location: Remote (must be available to work 10 AM – 4 PM EST)
Employment Type: Contract (5–6 months, possibility to extend – unlikely to convert)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM Eastern Time (30 hours/week maximum)

 

Client Overview
Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization in the marketing and technology sector, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing communications, event planning, and digital workflow automation initiatives. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment, campaign efficiency, and event success.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects, including public relations, advertising, and event management.
  • Support event planning through CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and workflow automation systems.
  • Organize the preparation of marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, brochures, data reports, and visual assets.
  • Build and deploy email workflows using an ESP (Email Service Provider), leveraging logic-based triggers and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, campaigns, and event communications.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing status reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines, and ensure quality control for all outgoing communications.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and creative tasks with a degree of independence and initiative.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, email marketing, or event coordination.
  • Prior B2B or SaaS experience.
  • Hands-on experience building and sending emails through an ESP (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of workflow creation, logic-based automation, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent written communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or Trello for project tracking.
  • Ability to navigate Figma for visual and content alignment (no design work required).
  • Experience in real estate, tech, or similarly fast-paced industries is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
