Warehouse Associate needed for a global skincare brand in Omaha, NE.

Pay Rate: $17 – $18 Per HR
Location: Onsite in Omaha, NE
Employment Type:  Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting all aspects of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and packing operations for our client. This role ensures compliance with all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements while maintaining accurate inventory levels. As a key member of the operations team, the Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in meeting daily productivity goals and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Shipping, receiving, warehousing, picking & packing, and distribution operations for the US market. 
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements 
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. 
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse (stocking shelves, daily cleaning, etc.) 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices, including cycle counts and reconciliation with data systems.
  • Familiarity with warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Ability to accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for distribution to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute to shared goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
