Pay Rate: $25.00-32.00/hr
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Contract, 4-6 weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30/5 PM

 
Responsibilities:

· Run the daily office operations for our Seattle, WA location.
· Ensure the office workspace and common areas are clean, safe, and organized.
· Greet visitors with warm hospitality and complete the guest registration process.
· Receive mail, package shipments, and deliveries and distribute mail to their respective recipients.
· Answer the main office phone line.
· Order and keep drinks, snacks, and office supplies well-stocked.
· Coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities and maintenance issues.
· Coordinate several internal operational systems including keycards for employees, parking, and all facilities.
· Host candidates during in office interviews and customers or partners for tours, ensuring a great experience.
· Participate in planning and attend company local events for the holidays and quarterly events.
· Ensure all white boards are cleared at the end of every shift.

Required Qualifications:
· At least five years of relevant experience providing administrative office support.
· Ability to work in a full-time, in-office work environment.
