As the Vice President of Technology & Digital Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of the organization’s enterprise technology strategy, driving modernization across front-, middle-, and back-office systems. You will oversee the technology ecosystem, advance digital transformation initiatives, and implement innovative solutions including AI, automation, and mobile-first platforms to enhance operational efficiency and workforce experience. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated technology solutions while leading a high-performing team, managing vendor partnerships, and aligning technology investments with long-term organizational goals. 

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute a 24–36 month enterprise technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities. 

  • Lead modernization efforts across front-, middle-, and back-office systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance. 

  • Oversee the enterprise technology environment, ensuring systems and platforms effectively support business operations. 

  • Promote digital workplace innovation by implementing user-focused technology that improves collaboration and productivity. 

  • Drive enhancements to mobile platforms supporting workforce functions such as onboarding, scheduling, credential management, and pay visibility. 

  • Implement AI and automation solutions to improve search and matching capabilities, document processing, and workflow efficiency. 

  • Ensure reliable system integrations, data consistency, and strong cybersecurity practices across enterprise platforms. 

  • Manage technology vendors, service agreements, budgets, and governance while leading and developing a high-performing technology team. 

  • Other duties as assigned  

  

Qualifications  

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, preferably within staffing, healthcare staffing, healthcare technology, or workforce solutions environments. 

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise technology platforms such as applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, credentialing systems, payroll and billing solutions, VMS platforms, and other SaaS-based applications. 

  • Proven track record of leading initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, mobile-first platforms, and complex system integrations. 

  • Strong technical expertise in API architecture, integration strategies, iPaaS solutions, and enterprise platform governance. 

  • Experience guiding large-scale technology transformation or modernization initiatives within complex organizations. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new technologies across business units. 

  • Strong leadership presence with experience building, developing, and guiding high-performing technology teams.
