Salary/Pay Rate: $35.55 – $41.82 per hour
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Contract (Approximately 8 Weeks)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 30–40 hours per week

As a Communications Project Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate communications projects from intake through completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the Communications team, providing updates and facilitating project requests.
- Monitor project management dashboards and task assignments to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Track project deliverables, approvals, and review cycles while proactively identifying potential delays.
- Attend project meetings, production meetings, and team huddles to communicate status updates and next steps.
- Coordinate communications workflows, including routing materials for review and tracking revisions through completion.
- Facilitate intake meetings and help manage communications requests from initiation to delivery.
- Support a high-visibility recognition program by tracking approvals, biographies, and other project deliverables.
- Assist with records retention and document compliance initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate closely with team members during a transition period to ensure continuity of ongoing work.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Manager, Communications Coordinator, or in a similar project support role.
- Experience serving as a liaison between multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with online project management platforms (Wrike experience is highly preferred).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
