As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based clinical support to adolescents receiving residential treatment for eating disorders and related behavioral health concerns. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy, develop and monitor treatment plans, collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, and support patients and families throughout the treatment and discharge planning process. 

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and identify clinical needs, risks, and treatment goals. 

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents receiving residential treatment. 

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on patient progress. 

  • Support patients in addressing emotional, behavioral, interpersonal, and family factors related to eating disorders and recovery. 

  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and other clinical team members to provide coordinated care. 

  • Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and appropriate clinical support when needed. 

  • Educate and engage families throughout treatment to strengthen the patient’s recovery and transition planning. 

  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. 

  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing evaluation of patient progress. 

  • Coordinate discharge planning, referrals, and continuity of care with outpatient providers and community resources. 

  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and provide care in a safe, supportive, trauma-informed environment. 

  • Other duties as assigned  

  

Qualifications  

  • Master’s degree in clinical counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field. 

  • Current clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure in an applicable counseling or behavioral health discipline. 

  • Experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health, residential, inpatient, or similar clinical setting preferred. 

  • Prior experience supporting individuals with eating disorders strongly preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of culturally responsive care and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. 

  • Effective clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team. 

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
