As the HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by aligning people strategies with organizational goals and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, organizational change, and performance management initiatives while providing guidance on complex employee relations matters. This role will leverage workforce analytics, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the employee experience, support operational excellence, and drive business success. 

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Provide HR guidance and consultation to leaders and employees within assigned business areas. 

  • Partner with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and workforce needs. 

  • Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, benefits, and organizational matters. 

  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. 

  • Coach managers on HR policies, best practices, and effective people management. 

  • Identify workforce trends and recommend solutions to address organizational needs and challenges. 

  • Collaborate with HR specialty teams to coordinate resources and ensure consistent HR support. 

  • Support organizational change, process improvements, and other HR initiatives. 

  • Apply sound judgment and discretion when addressing complex or sensitive employee matters. 

  • Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment requirements. 

  • Ensure HR practices and business decisions remain compliant with applicable labor laws, policies, and organizational standards. 

  • Other duties as assigned  

  

Qualifications  

  • Prior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or related human resources experience required. 

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills. 

  • Experience managing employee relations and performance management matters. 

  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential situations. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and provide guidance to leaders. 

  • Ability to independently assess situations, identify solutions, and navigate complex employee matters. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

  • Experience facilitating talent reviews or talent management processes preferred.
