Executive & Board Support
  • Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors
  • Prepare board materials and financial reports
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
Qualifications
Required
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including Controller or senior-level responsibilities

Preferred
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or law firm environment (Firm Administrator-type background highly desired)
  • CPA or similar certification preferred
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and/or board reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader
  • Strong financial acumen with operational awareness
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
  • Professional, polished, and highly trustworthy
  • Experience in environments where adaptability and initiative are critical
