Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days per week onsite in Alpharetta, GA
Employment Type: Contract (6 months with possibility of extension)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM

About the Role
A corporate team partnering across a portfolio of companies is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive real, measurable returns from agentic AI. This is a hands-on, project-based engagement: you will partner with multiple operating companies to identify high-value use cases, then prove what is possible by building it. The mission is to cut through the AI noise and demonstrate genuine ROI – not by talking about what could work, but by delivering working solutions.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and hands-on development. You will bring senior-level business judgment to spot opportunities worth pursuing, and the technical depth to architect and build the agents and workflows that capture them. Just as importantly, you will lift up the people around you, growing the internal team’s capability as you go.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Use Case Discovery: Partner with leaders across multiple portfolio companies to surface and prioritize agentic AI use cases that generate real, demonstrable ROI rather than soft or general efficiency gains.
  • Build and Demonstrate: Design and build AI agents and reworked end-to-end workflows that prove what is possible – from agents embedded in tools like Claude or Copilot, to custom agents that access data across multiple systems to accomplish a specific task.
  • Enablement and Upskilling: Coach and lift up internal team members, including ServiceNow developers and team members newer to building, growing the organization’s muscle around citizen development and applied AI.
  • Governance and Access: Help shape how AI agents are authorized and governed – for example, how an agent is granted an identity and appropriate level of access across systems (Okta, Microsoft 365, and others), recognizing that an agent is onboarded and authorized differently than a person.
  • Architecture and Judgment: Advise on the spectrum of solutions and their limitations – knowing the difference between what someone can build at their desk and what requires a more robust, governed, enterprise-grade deployment, and how to deploy across that spectrum.
  • Consultative Translation: Serve as a credible partner to senior leaders and the PMO, translating technical possibility into business value for both executive and technical audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Senior-level experience spanning both the business side and hands-on development – someone who understands strategy and ROI but can also build.
  • Proven experience building AI agents that access data across multiple systems to perform a specific function, as well as agents embedded within existing tools.
  • Experience reworking entire processes or workflows end to end, with demonstrated, measurable ROI.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks and the tooling around agent identity and access – an informed eye on a fast-evolving, still-maturing space.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (e.g., Okta) and how authorization applies to non-human/agent identities across systems such as Microsoft 365.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, with the credibility and presence to partner with senior VPs and executives.
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills — a collaborative builder who assimilates well into a team and brings positive energy (this is not a fit for a reclusive, heads-down developer).
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with an aggressive timeframe and a high degree of autonomy.
