As the Benefits Administrator, you will support the administration of employee benefits and leave programs by managing enrollments, maintaining accurate benefits data, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. This role partners with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support benefits operations, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits and leave programs, providing day-to-day operational support.

Process new hire benefit enrollments and employee life event changes.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and leave programs.

Reconcile benefit deductions, enrollment records, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.

Maintain and update benefits data within Workday and other HR systems.

Support the preparation and execution of annual open enrollment activities.

Assist with benefits documentation, audits, compliance requirements, and required notices.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve benefits-related issues and discrepancies.

Generate reports and support ongoing benefits administration initiatives.

Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience administering employee benefits programs.

Experience working with HRIS platforms, including Workday.

Knowledge of benefits administration and leave processes across multiple regions.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.

Ability to manage recurring administrative tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
