Location: Onsite in Ravensdale, WA  

Employment Type: Contract 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 3 PM, starting immediately Monday 7/27/26

As the Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by accurately processing transaction information and maintaining organized records within the company's ticketing system. This position combines data entry and customer service as you assist drivers, generate transaction tickets, process basic payments, and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured environment while providing friendly, professional service to customers.  

   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Accurately enter truck, product, and transaction information into the ticketing system.  

  • Generate, print, and distribute customer transaction tickets.  

  • Verify truck identification numbers and product codes for accuracy.  

  • Process credit card transactions and customer payments as needed.  

  • Greet drivers and provide courteous, professional customer service.  

  • Maintain accurate records and organize transaction documentation.  

  • Support daily operations by ensuring efficient ticket processing.  

  • Learn and navigate internal ticketing software and operating procedures.  

  • Communicate with team members to resolve questions and verify information.  

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during both busy and slower periods.  

  • Follow established processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.  

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.  

  • Other duties as assigned   

   

Qualifications   

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience strongly preferred.  

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.  

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.  

  • Ability to enter information efficiently with minimal errors.  

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.  

  • Comfortable handling basic payment or point-of-sale transactions.  

  • Ability to follow established procedures and work independently.  

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.  

  • Dependable, reliable, and able to maintain professionalism in a customer-facing environment.
